Chamberlain still believes it is possible to run a business without taking advantage of tradesmen or customers. Time has proved to us that honesty and a good, old-fashioned 'job well done' leads to repeat business and customer recommendations.
Some clients buy other properties off us, whilst others come back for additional work on their home. Many still send Christmas cards! Chamberlain look after their clients and therefore have many testimonials of happy customers and, more importantly, can show examples of previous completed work.

At Chamberlain Developments, we take a considered approach to building, offering the opportunity to shape your home from an early stage. For new build homes, this means flexibility in key design choices, from kitchens and bathrooms to finishes and materials. For barn conversions, early involvement allows you to work closely with us throughout the process, guided by our team from start to completion.

Step 1
Choose your plot
Decide on which plot you’re interested in and we’ll help you see what the potential is for creating the home you’ve dreamed of. At this stage and within the parameters of the site itself and the planning permissions granted, almost anything is possible.

Step 2
Pore over the plan
Study the architect’s plans for your plot and we’ll help you customise to your own specification. At this stage it may be possible to work with the plans to create a living space that’s perfect for you.

Step 3
choose your fixtures & fittings
Start choosing the fixtures and fittings that will transform your plans into the beautiful home you’ve always wanted. We’ll bring your home to life with bespoke features and help you decide on electrical fittings, bathroom ware and kitchen designs.

Step 4
Complete your home
Make your final decisions on tiles, floor coverings and paint! At this stage you start to see everything coming together and we’ll help you make any final decisions needed to complete the build. Now begins the countdown to moving in!
